NEW FORM STAINLESS STEEL grilles
These grilles are 10 mm wide x 16 mm deep with a free area of 50%.
It is possible to alter free area space by changing the spacer sizes between the grille.
CAST IRON
Grille widths are 270mm wide (overall trench width 278mm). Grille pieces are available in lengths of 417mm, 373mm and 270mm (square).
This grille sits “seamlessly” into our trench retaining angle sitting on a neoprene rubber pad to improve performance. CAST IRON grille is finished powder coated black.
Due to the much better lateral strength of rigid grille, we now prefer these to the roll up variety in most situations. We use rigid grille when tables or chairs are located nearby. The rigid grille is also recommended for heavier commercial applications.
Both CROSS BLADE and LINEAR grille options are available.
We can manufacture grilles to any SIZE/SPECIFICATION. Duct. Engineering also supplies grille/gratings to domestic and commercial projects unrelated to trench heating.
We manufacture custom grilles in standard square and rectangular formats in sizes configured to the building aperture or duct size. We use the same materials: NATURAL SATIN ANODISED ALUMINIUM, BRONZE SATIN ANODISED ALUMINIUM, HARDWOOD, NEW FORM STAINLESS STEEL, SOLID STAINLESS STEEL and CAST IRON, as we use on our TRENCH HEATER UNITS.
The high quality and robust nature of our range makes it suitable for domestic, commercial and industrial application.
